Biography: Kit comes from Singapore, is happily married to Cheryl and a proud father of 2 girls (Sophie who is 10 years-old and Nicole is 8). He grew up in the Buddhist tradition, turned Catholic in 2017 and is blessed with the abundant love of his parents, elder sister, extended family and friends. Drawn by the Benedictine Oblate Path, Kit has received his final oblation in May 2025. He enjoys seeing the meaning of human relationships through the daily practice of meditation, loves silence and a daily cup of tea with milk. He says ‘My Experience with Christian MeditationI was seeking to join a ministry to serve and grow spiritually as a disciple of Christ post my baptism in April 2017. I joined the Church of St. Bernadette’s Christian Meditation group shortly after and am deeply encouraged by the warmth and loving kindness extended by the members. I am especially motivated by Fr. John Main’s opening prayer which was written beautifully, simple yet sums up the essence of Christian Meditation.
